As an OJT of our company, you will collaborate with each department
to create and deploy new business systems and/or ideas to help SIRiUS grow. The SIRiUS OJT program is fully online, you can work anytime, anywhere with first-hand supervision by an IE himself. This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you should have solid skills in different industrial engineering tools, data analytics and solving problem skills!.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire business cycle in an IE way
- Achieve monthly sales objectives by helping the owner develop/improve business systems
- Qualify possible new suppliers
- Negotiate and contract with stakeholders
- Market research by using different IE techniques on the in-demand technologies for possible new rental equipment
Must Have
- Ongoing bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in different IE tools especially in data analytics/statistics
- Computer skills (MS application such as word, excel, ppt), and own laptop and internet connection (internship program will be pure online)
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Proper documentary OJT requirements from a reputable university
Nice to have
- Experience in writing creating highly impacting reports
- Knowledge in different analytical softwares
- Market research skills
- Creative mind
